At EverPrime Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-returnable items

Please note that certain items may be exempt from being returned. This includes:

- Downloadable software or digital products
- Perishable goods
